Orders ship from our New York location. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days within the United States. Delays may occur during holidays or high-volume periods.
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $49. For orders under $49, a flat shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout.
Returns
14-Day Returns on Unopened Items. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- Items must be brand new, unused, and unopened in their original packaging.
- Opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
To start a return, email info@misystore.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items.
