We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

✔ In original packaging
✔ In the same condition as received
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale:
- Clearance or discounted final sale items
- Products without original packaging
- Items marked as non-returnable at checkout
